At Mimosa Handcrafted, we want you to love your jewelry as much as we loved making it; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges on unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place your jewelry in its original packaging to ensure it stays protected during transit and include the provided packing slip.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method or ship out your new exchange item within 5-7 business days.
